How customer reviews and ratings work

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

5.0 out of 5 starsKeeps Getting Better

Each book draws me into this story even more. Yaz is a fascinating character. He is s a hero who doesn't see himself as one. Wants to be a part of his team and save everyone as the team medic. The ship has kept him and the others alive, but they find out they are not the only fighting force floating out there. I look forward to the next book. Will warriors set aside past battles to work together to save what is left in this ravaged world, or will battles from the past keep them fighting each other. Great series I highly recommend it.

3.0 out of 5 starsYour Books are Getting Worse and Worse

These books are getting worse and worse. The errors are becoming harder and harder to accept to keep following these stories. Please do better research if you want to keep putting in such detailed accounts of military actions. Look up what a 1SGs rank actually looks like. US medics and corpsman don't carry plasma, and don't use morphine anymore (we use fentanyl.) No one packs an abdominal cavity. Nobody, especially high ranking Navy officers, curse that much over a net. And get your timelines right, you can't keep adding technology to the past that wasn't there during the fall of civilization during the beginning of these books. Your fanboy style of writing is getting.

5.0 out of 5 stars Truly Outrageous Action that keeps me begging for more

I have read the entirety of these novels and can state without reservation that they define the genre of pitting the might of the military against the Zombie freaking apocalypse. Basically leaving 2 bastions of civilization to fight the billions of undead in the way Michael spins the tales is worthy of multiple reads to ensure nothing gets missed. The accuracy and detail of the weaponry involved in the hands of his character development has me hooked and looking for the next novel as soon as I have completed the current has not diminished an iota through all. Only having to wait a few more days for the next installment is truly a Christmas miracle. Thank you sir, thank you. I'm counting the hours.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another amazing action novel featuring Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman Thomas J. “Yaz” Yaskiewicz

One of the Marines of Teams 1 and 2, A Company, 2nd Marine Raider Battalion, currently aboard the John F Kennedy Strike Group. To their knowledge they were the lone survivors of the zombie apocalypse. Pipe hitting operators one and all. Safe at sea, but forced to brave the inlands for supplies and ammo, every raid could be the last for the thousands of survivors aboard the ships in the strike group. The Kennedy alone crewed five thousand, not an insignificant number.

Non-stop blood spraying, bullets flying, infected growling, injured groaning, wild action! Very hard to put the story down long enough to see what the wife has been calling about. My answer, "People are dying!" seemed to do little to remove the glare from her eyes. But in between chores, I turned some serious pages and finished today! Wow! Outstanding action! Great storyline, fantastic characters and a master storyteller! This is a great read!

Seriously, if you see this author's name.on.it just buy the book. This is the third in a collateral series to his epic ARISEN main series of fourteen books. Admittedly I am a zombie nerd and military fiction nerd. For those who aren't Fuchs work is still worthy of reading. Complex character development, natural dialogue and compelling.stories of bravery, sacrifice and.commitment . The human spirits desire to thrive not just survive against an implacable foe. Keep writing Mr. Fuchs. I'm short on quality material as I've caught up to all your work.

5.0 out of 5 stars A helluva ride and tie in to Last Stand

As with all the books in the Arisen series, this is another 5 star tell. The rollercoaster of things for those aboard the JFK in general and the Raiders in particular is a fun ride. Seeing the tie ins with adventures previously released in the Arisen-verse answer some lingering questions yet still leave us with more.

Can't wait to get my hands on book 4!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Another kick-was story

When Mr. Fuchs took on writing the book by himself, I expected the writing to go down a couple of notches. Yet the opposite happened. Each book drags you deeper info the story , making you want even more. Another side story but it all works together like a fine oiled machine.

Definitely a story that needs to be out in the big screen.

Once again, another wild ride with the marine raiders! I've read every Arisen book to date and every one of them is badass!! Everything is being brought together to give us another perspective of an earlier plot. Just awesome!!
