"Custom lettered stamp fell off, but Customer Service Came Through"
This worked fine for a couple of stamps, but then I saw it starting to stamp crooked. Within a few more stamps, the lettering was off by about 30 degrees. I inspected the stamp and found that the rubber lettering plate had skewed on the stamper. The lettering is done on a single piece of rubber that is adhered to the stamp mechanism via glue or other adhesive. In my case, some ink appeared to have gotten behind the rubber lettering plate and the adhesive let loose/slipped.
***UPDATE*** Customer Service was fantastic and promptly sent me a replacement, which works perfectly. I added 2 stars as a result.
