"Excellent product - but requires patience/planning to install w/door mount" - by DR21702
This product is excellent if you are tired of squatting under cabinets to dig out pots/pans with all the racket. Although it doesn't look like much you will certainly feel the ease of getting pans and lids when using it. The benefits are fully utilized when mounting the cabinet door using the optional door mount kit RS5WB.DMKIT however I encountered difficulty in getting a good install with the door mount when using the given installation instructions. I posted my work around below to help anyone reading this as I also installed the RS5WB2.2122.CR double chrome pullout basket which uses the same frame and rails in less than half to time using those steps.

There are limitations and considerations to plan for in adavance:
- This product will not work with pans larger than 12" such as woks or those giant Circulon grill pans. You may only be able to fit 1 or ... full review

"LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT" - by Wojo
This product is a very heavy duty mixer shelf. My husband actually installed it in a cabinet that had a drawer over the door. If you are going to do this, make sure you measure carefully as the mixer shelf will take up the entire lower cabinet--from top to bottom. You need to allow room for the height of the mixer and for the fact that the mechanism swings all the way to the bottom of the cabinet. If you install in a cabinet with a drawer over it, please consider that the shelf for the mixer will not come up to the height of the counter top, but it will be approximately 4-5 inches below the counter top. I have a large 6-quart Kitchen Aid mixer which is quite tall and I am only 5'1" tall, so it works perfectly for me. It ... full review

"Perfect!!" - by Kay_206 (Seattle, Washington United States)
Fit perfectly on one of my bottom shelves and make my cabinet look so nice and neat. I can actually find what I need now without having to take every single thing out. They are very sturdy also! I have 2 glass casserole dishes on one and it doesn't budge!

"Patience during simple installation and easy gliding. Uses space very well." - by Peter Oliphant (Rising Sun, Maryland)
Shipped in a double carton, the product arrived in good condition. This product is Chinese. The weight and plating of the shelves and brackets is good, and the shelves slide easily in and out. The shelves move by slides inside tracks that attach to two U-shaped brackets. You remove the slides, attach the tracks to the brackets, install the resulting box-like structure inside to the back and floor of the cabinet, and insert the shelves by returning the slides to the tracks. (1) Remove the slides that are shipped installed on the shelves. This requires opening little clips on the tracks. Examine these clips carefully to see how they open before you remove the tracks. The little clips are not intuitive, but it is easy. One reviewer complained they break easily; maybe so if you force them. (2) Position the ... full review

"Very well made!" - by Marcia Elkins (Huntsville, Alabama United States)
Really nicely made and very stable. The only draw back for me is it's very slick and I'm using this on my boat in my freezer. (It was nothing but a big hole!) But that's my problem and not DecoBros. I love it. I used plastic shoe boxes to contain my food.

"Nice, but..." - by backdoc (Brandon, MS)
I bought some like these from Lowe's for roughly the same price price. But, they didn't offer drawers to fit shelves this deep. So, I bought these. The only problem that I have with these is that they don't extend 100% as the ones from Lowe's do. They extend about 50%. It's good enough to keep, but barely. If you can find some that pull out further, I'd recommend those.

I am satisfied with the build quality. I suspect installation is as easy as any shelf. I think it took about 30 minutes per shelf. Any shelf system like this is going to require awkward positions inside the cabinets.

There's a trade off though with this type of roll out solution. You lose some shelf space both vertically as well as horizontally. In the end though, I think the trade off is ... full review

"Possibly the best set of shelves I've ever had, these guys are all they claim to be!" - by Linda R (staten island, ny)
I love them! I had the plastic ones before (which I paid MORE for, believe it or not) and these are a thousand times better. They're stronger, better built, more versatile, as far as positioning and ability to stack, and they're nicer looking to boot! What more could I ask for in a two shelf system? You can place them side by side, one atop the other or in an 'L' configuration. Your imagination is the only limiting factor.
The plastic ones would sometimes bend with too much weight or they'd feel unsteady if you put more weight on the top or set things unevenly. Not so with these. I can put a dozen cans on top with nothing on the bottom, or put all the weight of the cans on one side on top and the stacked shelves are as sturdy as they are with nothing on them. I almost ... full review

More than sturdy! Back brace did not reach back of kitchen cabinet. Locks on sides - one goes up, the opposite side goes down to release.

"Sturdy and well sized" - by Wren (north carolina, USA)
It was a little bigger than I expected but it actually worked out great. It's very sturdy and holds some of my heavier ceramic plates without the slightest bowing or dipping.
"works well" - by zen1 (Virginia, USA)
I like the natural wood color, the dovetailed sides. The bottom uses thin plywood, plenty strong enough for this size pullout. Uses basic under mount hidden slides that work fine and allow lots of forgiving play with wood. I've used two different widths and been pleased with both.

The only downside is the quality control of the slides, I've found by mixing and matching drawers with the bottom slide portion I can make the flaws in one even out with another unit. The bottom slides are a common style with small plastic wheels in a metal channel. If it becomes too much of a problem, adding on a single ball-bearing slide the bottom isn't hard.

I recommend adding plastic bumpers on the edge facing the cabinet door:

"Easy to put together and feels sturdy." - by JL*6216 (Omaha, NE United States)
Very easy to put together after a quick glance at instructions. Very sturdy, actually make sure you have in place before you stock as is doesn't move easily. Only thing I noticed is that middle shelf doesn't quite have enough room between top shelf edge and the lip on second shelf to easily just slide a can into the slots. A little push is needed and I was using standard size cans of vegetables.

"Wow, I love it, Works Great!" - by Roxysgarden (Washington State)
Product arrive safe and fast! I was not sure at first about having a metal unit. In the past I purchased a plastic one from target years ago, then i give it to my mom, she really wanted one. I moved again and needed to have a more organized bathroom cabinet. My OCD prevented me from just letting go and being messy. Any-who, I love this shelving unit! Very easy to put together and install. Remember to assemble the bottom bars first, then one of the top bars. Measure and gauge the unit in the cabinet first before assembling the last bar. I had more than enough room for my things after the shelf was placed. I don't have anxiety issues every time i open my cabinet now.... Smiles! I will be purchasing two more for the other bathrooms. Now to work on my garage.... Yikes!

"Useful for organization" - by judith (knoxville, tennessee, USA)
I use these in an annoying corner kitchen cabinet, you know, the ones that waste all that space in order to turn in either direction. It helps keep items in place instead of jostling around each time the door swings open.
