"Cheese that will satisfy your cheese Jones!" - by Bill In Palm Springs
This is really good cheese. I have used on macaroni, popcorn, and green beans. All came out great. It does seem to be different from the cheese powder that comes with the Kraft macaroni and cheese. The color is a stronger orange and it doesn't dissolve as well. That said, it is really good!
"I LOVE THIS CHEESE FOR GRILLED CHEESE AND SOUPS" - by JOAN
I LOVE THIS CHEESE FOR GRILLED CHEESE AND SOUPS, BUT IT IS NOW ONLY AVAILABLE FROM AUSTRALIA AND COSTS $25 FOR A SMALL BLOCK! WHO'S GOING TO PAY THAT? I'M STILL CUSSING OUT KRAFT FOR DISCONTINUING IT IN THE US.
"Where has this cheese been my whole life?" - by ernest morse
Where has this cheese been my whole life? This cheese is amazing. I sprinkle it on my eggs in the morning and broccoli, asparagus and the list goes on. Everyone that loves cheese needs to have a container of this delicious cheese in their pantry. Quick tip on how to sprinkle this cheese without buying a sprinkler. I basically poked holes on the seal with a steak knife. I'll show a picture of what it looks like below. It works great.
"Very good cheese powder" - by Kristi Bingham
It tasted better then the boxed Kraft macaroni and cheese because I could add as much cheese as I wanted into the macaroni. I was very happy with the product and will probably purchase again. I would definitely recommend.
"Great! Here's my comparison:" - by Poppyseed
I am going to compare what I like about this and don't like about this product by comparing it to two other products. Hoosier Hill Farm Cheddar Cheese Powder, Wabash Valley Farms Popcorn Seasoning - "Zesty Cheddar," and Kernel Season's "Nacho Cheddar." I used all three searching for the best tasting cheese popcorn.
Taste:
Hoosier has the best taste. Like other reviews said, it does taste similar to Kraft mac and cheese. However, I think it is slightly different just reminding me slightly of typical cheese popcorn flavoring (I find that to be a good thing).
Wabash tastes pretty good, but I wouldn't exactly call it cheesy flavored. I think the word "zesty" describes it best. It has more of a nacho undertone to it, but it isn't what I would describe as spicy. Maybe I taste more garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika mix than ... full review
"Favorite snack but price is ridiculous!!!" - by T. Jones (Oklahoma)

"I am.... The All-Powerful Queen of the Envelope Cheese! Muah ha ha ha!!!!" - by Wendy Cook (Bellevue, Washington)
I can't believe someone bottles and sells the orange-y cheese-y powder-y stuff that comes in the mac & cheese box! Ok, maybe not the EXACT same stuff, but it TASTES like the same exact stuff. Man. I was raised on it and even though I am all grownup and enjoy a rather diverse field of epicurean delights... I gotta say, on occasion, I needs my mac & cheese and, god-help-me, a fried spam sandwich. It only hits once or twice a year, but when it hits, it hits hard. Gots to have it. And this is the PERFECT addition. I now get to make my mac & cheese as cheese-y as I dreamed of making it when I was a tiny tot shaking the silver envelope to get out every last bit. Seeing this, being able to buy it and keep it ... full review
"Honest-to-goodness tasty cheese powder" - by Daniel Levenson
It's orange cheese powder that tastes like the cheese puffs dust that gets stuck to your fingers after eating an entire bag of those crunchy snacks. Seriously though, this tastes just like that flavorful cheese powder. Best of all, its made from real cheese--not that fake cheeze or cheese-flavored particulate matter that finds its way into cheap, artificially-flavored, potato-inspired chips. My order arrived with just about a year left on the use-by date. If you have some popcorn that is in some dire need of flavor, I highly recommend this product. You won't be disappointed, but you will need to scrape that orange color off your fingers when you're done.
"Apparently the very best there is." - by From The Tree House (San Diego, CA)
We have only one grandchild so at times we indulge. He insisted Cracker Barrel was "1000 percent better" than any other mac n cheese, even my homemade. So I prepared his fave and alongside I served mine. Identical shape, color and dish.
He identified Cracker Barrel with one bite. So, thats it.
