"good low cost suitcase" - by K. Lake (Colville WA)
I bought this thing for a trip to Europe. I spent 6 weeks traveling around Germany and Italy and had this with me most of the time. I normally take less stuff than this but we were visiting relatives and had to carry a lot of gifts to Europe, and then the relatives gave us stuff and I had to bring all of that stuff back.

The point is that I had this bag filled with really heavy stuff, and drug it around on European trains and then checked to home. It carried a lot of stuff, and offered no problems at all. The zippers continued to work, the wheels continued to roll, the handles stayed on, it was just great. And the cost was low.

My thought at the time was that if it survived this one trip, it would have been worth the cost, but ... full review

"Great color, darker than I thought by the picture" - by Leanna
Great color, darker than I thought by the picture. Almost teal. Sturdy and the wheels glide smoothly. Though they can be nested inside the larger it is a tight fit. It was hard to get the wheels inside. Overall I love the set!

"5-points on this manageable check-in luggage" - by Greeny
Due to a lot of misadventures with large check-in luggage, both mine and those of others, I pretty much love this bag. I'd like it in other colors. Other than that, I do love it. My impressions:

1. Size for carry-on flights
These days the check-in luggage allowance is normally 62 inches total. This bag states that it's 16x11x25 = 52, within the threshold. I measured it myself and including the wheels and the including the expansion got 16x11x25, exactly the same as in the product description. And then I loaded it up a lot just to see how much it would change the dimensions and got 16x12x25 = 53. That's well within the normal size limits.

2. Handle grips, tabs and zippers
These are the parts one has to manipulate with hands and fingers. The trolley handle is hard plastic but it's large enough to grip nicely and it's contoured. The top carry ... full review

"Solid quality and nice looking luggage for a great price" - by SocraticMethod (Los Angeles, CA)
I'll be honest, I haven't taken this on a trip yet. I bought mine for a long trip to Korea in August. However, I took mine apart, toyed with it all, and stress tested all the handles, wheels, and zippers. It's pretty sturdy for the most part and has good stitching and fastening on the main handles. The zippers ran relatively smooth and didn't catch on any of the inside material or anything (a major pet peeve of mine). The zippers are pretty large too which makes it easy, and it comes with simple locks for basic security. There's not many compartments on the set (the pics reveal all), but for the average traveler it should be sufficient. The look of it is also really nice (I bought the charcoal set) and it seems like great luggage for an affordable price.

One thing I'd ... full review

Worked great, dragged all over Spain and Portugal across the cobblestones and on 4 flights and 2 trains and it held up great. My 3 year old daughter rode on top of it the whole time too :)

"Good bag!" - by Andy F.
Thing is unbelievably huge for the price, and for the price, I would definitely recommend purchasing this as a back-up to an already reliable luggage bag. I needed an extra bag to carry clothes and miscellaneous items when traveling from state to state for my reservist training and family visits.

"Huge for the size, but don't expect these to last forever!" - by M. Bongiovanni (Charles Town, WV)
I get a little bored reading review after review of people bitching about bags that get destroyed during international travel. If you buy a $50 bag, you are getting a $50 bag. Let's be realistic!

That being said, we bought two of these and took them to Europe. 5 flights total and although they are a bit dirty--they are pink, so we expected this and Scotch guarded them, they are in pretty great shape for the abuse I knew they went through. One of the handles malfunctioned after the first flight, but then started working again. These bags are SUPER HUGE, you could fit a body in them--really. Probably best for local travel, but we are pleased!

"Good basic rolling duffel." - by Dog Lover (Minneapolis, MN, USA)
I just finished a one-month trip using this bag, and it worked well.

Pros:
Well constructed and nice looking. Easy to pick out on the carousel
Rolls easily.
Cheaper than average for a carry-on bag.
Carry handle on the top end (great for stairs and other places where it cannot be rolled).
Seven pockets in addition to main compartment (also a con).
Fairly light weight for capacity.
Cons:
If full, this bag exceeds most airline guidelines for carry-on. I had to convince a gate person that it could be compressed down to fit into an overhead, as the bag was not full (Why do some people get to carry on enough for a small army?).
Will not stand on end.
I would prefer a couple of large pockets instead of seven small ones. Two large and five small would have been better.

"Large suitcase at a great price" - by John Eluk
I read some of the other negative reviews and do not agree. I think for the price point this travel case is a bargain. No broken zippers or tears and it rolls well and is sturdy enough to survive trips to New Mexico. I would buy again.

"Beautiful durable luggage" - by Lillie M. Yancey (Broadview,IL)
Best luggage I could buy. I have no problem at the airport seeing my luggage. No one else has it (so far). It holds up well and the design and structure is very strong, I loved the price and the fast shipping.

"Works like a charm" - by OclaOruid
Easy to spot from your baggage claim. Stands upright and doesn't tip over. Gobbles up a surprisingly large quantity of stuff. Easy to roll, not roll over. Loving it.
So far has handled one heavy, international trip.

"Great carry-on!!!" - by Deeda
"Beautiful piece of luggage!!! I ordered the teal blue and am very happy with the color. It has several pockets inside and outside that will be very useful when packing for a trip. It is the perfect size for a carry-on and is very easily moveable with the 360 degree turning wheels. It arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. I wish there was an available matching tote!! "

"Excellent and truly lightweight." - by Frequent traveller (USA)
Truly lightweight. A godsend protection against the obnoxious airlines that make a fuss about the weight of carry on bags.
